The Spray Tray is the missing piece of the Future Shapes puzzle. Its clever, scaled-down dimensions pack the Future Shapes’ fabled float and personality into a more compact board length.

It is insanely agile; a quick flick of its tapered, V-shape tail is enough to scrub speed or pop the Spray Tray out of a tricky transition or a hidden compression. Pump hard with both feet to generate speed, its long, wide nose can handle loading even in chin-deep pow pow. Powder droughts happen, lucky then that the Spray Tray loves ripping turns and pulling Gs on hardpack too. A board for smaller riders or those who like ‘em petite, with a mid waist for maximum floatation.

Board Type: All Mountain, Powder
Profile: Camber-Hybrid
Level: Intermediate
Flex: Medium
Shape: Directional Swallow Tail

  • Directional Cruise Camber - A half-fat camber for all-mountain dominance. Cruise camber’s toned-down dimensions deliver a precise and lively feel much like pop camber, but with much improved deep snow performance and a more “broken-in” feel out of the shrink-wrap. In amplid’s directional snowboards and skis a touch of early rise is added to cruise camber to improve buoyancy even further.
  • Jekyll & Hyde Geometrie - Max effective edge and square centimetres in a min board or ski length.unsinkable but nimble powder boards, sawn-off jib decks with huge pop and edge-hold and the ultimate allmountain ski recipe.
  • Floatation Tips - Ultra-wide, low rising tips that exist purely to create lift in powder without sucking-up speed. They add a surfy feel to skis and snowboards.
  • Omni Core - A dependable, low density poplar wood core which is lightweight, durable and has great flex memory. The industry standard for great performance.
  • Carbon Pop Band - A narrow band of carbon stringers that run through the centreline of a ski or snowboard from tip-to tail. Pop band increases longitudinal stiffness and pop without altering torsional stiffness. Shreds with pop band feel livelier but remain forgiving.
  • Thick Cut - Introduced this year with the future shapes series, thick cut cores have a thicker profile in the tip and tail to reduce vibrations and increase stiffness where you need it. Reduced nose and tail deflection improves deep snow float, adds control and increases stability.
  • Impact Pads - On the milligram we have added mulitdirectional glass pads in the binding area, to avoid dings caused by pointy corners of metal splitboard binding bases. These pads will enhance durability without adding undesired weight.
  • Biaxal Glass Topsheet - Using biaxial glass in the construction of our shreds gives them a flawless blend of response and playfulness whilst keeping them ridiculously lightweight.
  • Sintered 7 Base - A premium sintered plastic which readily absorbs wax and will out-run your riding buddies’ bases without breaking a sweat. You better get used to waiting.
