The Arbor 2021 Cypress bindings are a freeride design for riders who like their lines a little more rowdy and their playgrounds bigger. The beefed up System X baseplate transfers rider energy efficiently to the four binding contact points for quick and effective control whilst doubling the fibreglass creates strength and stability you need for riding hard and fast. • System X Baseplate with 33% fibreglass content - Enhances performance by more efficiently transferring and evenly distributing rider input. No matter where pressure is applied, the System X allocates energy across the baseplates structural X shape and out to the four contact points. The result is quicker, more effective control. 33% glass content adds strength and stability.
• 65A Durometer Outsole - A dampening interface made from a special TPE Rubber. The Outsole integrates with the System X design, and sits between the binding and board. The Outsole diffuses high–frequency chatter, while providing rebound and cushion for high–impact landings.
• EVA Footbed - provides impact absorption, comfort, durability, and improved feel. The footbed has a 1.5º built–in cant for a more ergonomically aligned ride
