Stepping up from the Mares Quad is the Quad Air with tank module. The Quad Air computer has multi-gas capabilities, a large clear display with jumbo size characters, decompression dive planner with user adjustable surface interval and a long battery life, that is user replaceable. This innovative computer is able to read the tank's pressure as it receives data directly from the dive tank via a wireless transmitter. When diving the wrist computer will provide current depth, maximum depth, stopwatch, dive time, temperature, and when ascending, ascent speed in feet or metres per minute.

The LED Tank Module is mounted onto an HP port of the 1'st-stage regulator, and its main function is to transmit tank pressure data via hose-less coded RF protocol to the dive computer. The dive computer then displays the tank pressure and calculates gas consumption rate and time remaining before reaching the reserve value.
