The Rome Mechanic is a progressive all-mountain board with enough tech and the right geometry to increase your ability level whether you're cruising the resort or looking for some fun in the park. It's Contact Rocker camber has a flat midsection with rocker in the tip and tail for a stable and smooth catch free ride that floats effortlessly in powder. Rome's QuickRip Technology kills it when it comes to added edge hold and turning response at high speed whilst the extruded base is super low maintenance so you won't have to do too much to keep your deck running fast. The Rome Mechanic is a great board that does literally everything at a lower price point.

Style: All-Mountain/Freeride
Level: Intermediate-Advanced
Flex: 4/10 (0=soft, 10=stiff)
Camber: Contact Rocker
Shape: TrueTwin

  • Contact Rocker Camber - This profile starts with a flat camber in the mid section of the board, and then adds rocker in front of each binding through the nose and tail, making it the perfect choice for riders who want a park destroyer or an all-mountain weapon that flows smooth turns and floats effortlessly in powder
  • TTT Core Matrix - 100% wood is better for giving the flex and pop that all snowboards need—even the less expensive ones
  • StraightBiax Laminate - The focus is on fun and a more mellow feel, pure 90 degree fibres drive the personality
  • HotRods Glass Single Barrel - The configuration inlays a rod in the centerline of the board emanating from the binding towards the tip. This is great for freestyle boards that want more ollie and jump pop, without increasing the torsional stiffness of the board.
  • QuickRip Technology - provides power and edge response at high speeds and is super easy to handle at low speeds
  • XTRD Base - A strong foundation of extruded base material that is plenty fast and super easy to repair
