Returns, Exchanges and Warranties All equipment sold by Wilderness Sea n Ski is covered by the manufacturers specific warranties and subject to the use and maintenance terms therein. We will undertake to repair, replace or exchange any items which are returned under the terms of the manufacturers warranty. In all other warrranty and exchange returns will only be accepted once authorisation is obtained from our Customer Service within 30 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be shipped back at customers expense and must arrive in like new condition in the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable and payable by consumer.
