Returns, Exchanges and Warranties
Wilderness Sea n Ski will not refund due to change of mind, don't like or need the product, found the product cheaper elsewhere or an incorrect purchase due to incorrect size being purchased (as size charts have been provided) but happy to issue a store credit or an exchange. We will also not refund or replace goods where products have been used or misused and have caused damage contributing to the failure of the goods. A 20% restocking fee may be be appplied.

All equipment sold by Wilderness Sea n Ski is covered by the manufacturers specific warranties and subject to the use and maintenance terms therein. We will undertake to repair, replace or exchange any items which are returned under the terms of the manufacturers warranty.

In all other warrranty and exchange returns will only be accepted once authorisation is obtained from our Customer Service within 30 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be shipped back freight prepaid and must arrive in like new condition in the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable and payable by consumer.

Acceptance of Order
Orders are only accepted by Wilderness Sea n Ski subject to these Conditions of Purchase and Terms of Trading. Variations of these conditions will not be accepted by Wilderness Sea n Ski  without an agreement in writing prior to the order being placed. Wilderness Sea n Ski  reserves the right to refuse any order.

Pricing and Payment
All prices appearing on our website are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST. All payments are required before dispatch of goods. All pricing excludes shipping & handling
costs.

Stock Availability
All goods ordered are offered strictly subject to availability. Please contact Wilderness Sea n Ski  via email on sales@wilderness.net.au or toll free 1800224112 if you wish to check availability of products or have any other questions. If an item ordered is temporarily out of stock  Wilderness Sea n Ski will contact you and inform you of the expected delivery date.

Delivery & Shipping
Although Wilderness Sea n Ski seeks to dispatch all items within 48 working hours if by chance goods ordered are not in stock, customers are requested to allow 5 working days for delivery. Customers will be kept informed of an expected delivery date in the event of a longer delay. Where a request has been made for delivery on a specific date, Wilderness Sea n Ski will do all in its power to honour this date. However the company will not entertain any claim whatsoever for compensation arising from failure to deliver on this day. Please let Wilderness Sea n Ski know of any special delivery instructions. You may wish to have your order delivered to work or a more convenient address. We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times for orders as we are reliant on external couriers for these deliveries.

Damaged Items, Claims and Shortages
Notification of damage or shortage must be made to the carrier on receipt of goods and to Wilderness Sea n Ski within 24 hours of receipt of goods. This notification must be confirmed in writing within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Notification concerning non-delivery of part of a consignment must be made to Wilderness Sea n Ski within 7 days from the invoice date, otherwise no claim can be entertained. Customers are advised that in the case of a query concerning delivered goods, contact should be made with Wilderness Sea n Ski who will advise on procedures to be taken. On no account should customers attempt to return goods without following the procedures outlined at the time by Wilderness Sea n Ski .

Cancellation of Orders
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact Wilderness Sea n Ski  directly by phone to request cancellation at least 24 hours prior to shipping. Once goods have been shipped it is the responsibility of the customer, upon authorisation from Wilderness Sea n Ski , to incur the return shipping costs.

Extent of Liability
At no time will Wilderness Sea n Ski be liable for any costs in excess of the original purchase price of the goods.

Catalogue Descriptions
Wilderness Sea n Ski  has taken great care to ensure that all sizes, colours, descriptions and specifications are true, accurate and representative, however slight variations may occur as a result of ongoing research and development by manufacturers. We reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue, change specifications and designs without incurring any obligations to the customer.

Ownership of Goods
Title of ownership of goods remains with Wilderness Sea n Ski until the goods have been paid for in full.
