I contacted Ben around 11am on Saturday 24 December 2022 about a swim fin I bought back in March 2022 that had developed a fault. Nothing was a problem. Send in 2x photos in an email and we will pass it onto the manufacturer said Ben. I did this and by 3pm I had a replacement pair of fins in my possession. How a retailer responds when a customer has issues like this speaks volumes about a business, its staff and owners. Top marks Wilderness Sea-n-Ski. 100%. Thank-you.

We arrived from the States and wanted to try snorkeling. Everyone was so helpful in not only getting us the right fitting gear but also in educating us. There was not upsale or trying to get us to buy things we didn't need. Just the best customer service anywhere. I would highly recommend Wilderness Sea and Ski to anyone around the world who wants the best gear and best service.

I only have praise for the Wilderness Sea n Ski team - particularly, Deb. Her help was invaluable and patient. With a good dose of humour Deb’s assistance was brilliant. As a result, I have everything I need for an upcoming dive trip. I highly commend Deb and her team.

Other shops can treat you like an idiot because they think they are experts but at Wilderness they listen to you & with all their expert knowledge they steer you in the right direction, very friendly place to walk into.
