Thanks to Deb for getting my prescription dive mask swapped out with a similar model when the model I originally ordered was out of stock. It was down to the wire with my trip to Lord Howe Island, but it arrived on time. Service above & beyond.

Wow, absolutely outstanding service from Deb and the staff there. Wasnt sure about sizing with fins for an on-line order to Melbourne, but one phone call and some very practical methods of working out sizing (told to measure our feet - ha! who would have thought?!) and problem solved. Old fashioned friendly service that I haven't had since I worked at Ansett Airlines many years ago (yes, we were good...). Great range too. And after browsing the internet very competitve with prices. Thanks Deb!
