The Jones Mercury FASE® binding is a next generation all-mountain freeride binding built for riders seeking performance and progression. It enhances the locked-in feel of a traditional two-strap binding while delivering all-day comfort and precise response, now featuring the FASE® Fast Entry System for faster entry and exit without compromise. Fully compatible with all snowboard boots, the Mercury FASE is built to perform in every condition and terrain. Seamlessly designed to integrate the FASE System, the size Medium weighs just 895 g (31.6 oz) per binding and has the same weight and volume as other Jones models.

The FASE System

The FASE® Fast Entry System redefines how you strap in. Built on the trusted two-strap design, it adds three intuitive technologies that make getting in and out faster and smoother than ever. No new tricks to learn. It feels just like your traditional bindings, only ultra-fast.

The system is built around three key technologies: the AutoBack, which closes automatically around your boot; the Locked-In Toe Strap, designed to stay in the perfect position; and the rider-proven FastStrap, for smooth one-handed strapping in.

• The Autoback- The key to the revolutionary FASE Fast Entry System, the AutoBack, allows for hands-free entry into the binding. This intuitive design automatically closes as the boot enters the binding and and opens when you lift your boot out. The AutoBack also folds flat for skating, chairlifts, and storage.
• The Faststrap
• An innovative long ankle ladder that remains connected for ultra-fast, one-handed strapping-in. With a classic ratchet design to fine tune ankle strap tension, the FastStrap compliments the AutoBack’s automatic closure system so riders can strap-in faster than ever before.
• The Locked-in Toe Strap- Simply set it and forget it. Designed to remain in position to complement the Fast Entry System. The LSR 2.0 buckle and unique tri-toothed ladder allow you to ‘set it and forget it’ or make easy on-the-fly fit adjustments.

• Fusion XR Baseplate - The Fusion XR Baseplate is engineered to disappear under your feet and feel like a natural extension of your board. Its asymmetrical, low-profile shape is built from an innovative blend of four materials, delivering the ideal balance of strength, cushioning, and response.

• Pure board feel, instant edge power: The only hard contact with the board is the precision-shaped, ultra-minimal ring around the disc (red). Around it is vibration-absorbing foam (yellow) that preserves natural flex and cushions every ride. This minimal-footprint design flexes naturally for pure board feel and energy transfer, delivering powerful edge response while still allowing lateral flex for ultimate control.
• Baseplate volume: The FASE System is seamlessly integrated into the heelcup without adding bulk. The Mercury FASE Binding in size Medium measures 294 mm in length, identical to other Jones bindings.
• AsymFlex Highback: Engineered for the perfect balance of power and comfort. The AsymFlex Highback features a mid-wide profile and mid-stiff flex that deliver rock-solid edge control when locking into carves, while still offering enough give to tweak grabs and style out turns.

The lower section stays stiffer for control and support, while the upper section is softer for comfort and mobility.
