I recently ordered a heap of spear fishing gear off your website and was very much impressed by the level of service and professionalism of the staff. I was hesitant to order online with regards to sizing and such, and within 5 minutes of me placing the order Deb called to confirm a few things. She was helpful and courteous and pointed out a few alternative choices in regards to some of the products, as well as gave me a good idea for sizing and answered all my questions. She called directly back as she said she would and it all processed smoothly as could be hoped for. Very impressed with the experience, and Deb in particular and I look forward to shopping with you again!

Purchased a wakeboard online for my son's birthday. We were very happy with the package that we had chosen but after speaking with Ray over the phone he arranged for us to get smaller boots to fit my son, this was all at his own cost. We are even happier now with our purchase and know our son is going to love the board, boots and helmet...thanks so much Ray!!!

Hi Ray,my family and I purchased 4 X Boots, bindings and boards from you on the 24th of last month. We would just like to let you know that we went down to Perisher and Smiggins early this month and were impressed with all the equipment that we purchased from your store and yourself. Whilst the conditions were not as what everyone was hoping for, the amount of snow for people like ourselves was perfect and we had an absolute ball and are looking forward to using them again next season, if not sooner for an O/S trip!
