Although not lady specific, this binding is a great choice for any lighter weight skier. Very nice, full of features not found on other bindings in this price range. One of our favorites here at Proskgiuy.
Size specific rail eliminates extra length when installed on a shorter size ski. Less rail size means lighter weight, and a true flex of the shorter ski, without a big long flat spot caused by a longer rail system
Medium size rail fits up to a size 325mm boot sole, rather than 340mm like other rail binding systems
Twin Cam heel is very easy to step in and out of, making this system very user friendly
Can be adjusted to fit any boot sole length up to 325mm with no holes to drill
