I’m very new to scuba diving and shopping online can be a bit daunting when looking for all you need. We all lead busy lives. Some of us are silly enough to realise we need to organise ourselves better.
Yesterday I required correction lenses and a comfort strap for my Scubapro Zoom Evo dive mask.
Yes, it was urgent and yes, due to being busy at work, I left it to the last minute. I am on my way to airport as I write this.
I rang Deb and her team and they orchestrated an operation, hatched a plan for me to pick up the items from their supplier and provide paypal to pay for the items. It was so seamless and nothing was too much trouble. This is why I always go put of my way to trek to Liverpool for my dive gear.
The plan was executed as precise and in such a calm manner.
It seems they have done this before. It also seems nothing is too much trouble when it comes to customer service.
I'm now on my way to Cairns and can't thank Wilderness enough for going above and beyond to make this trip on the GBR one to remember.

Recently purchased Vigilante & Eivy Rose thermals from Deb. Was skiing Perisher, Blue Cow, Guthega in the recent snow storm. I wore both thermals with a vest in the colder days and without the vest on the warmer days. I was comfortable without being too hot.

I love this website! Not only did I get my snowboard from wilderness, they also price matched the Mulberry Powder Room jacket which I originally found cheaper on another site! We have been customers at Wilderness in excess 10 years. . Wilderness is our go to store for water (snorkeling gear) and snow sports gear. In 2016 we purchased our ski jackets / pants, helmuts, and have slowly been upgrading our Thermals.. I have recently been shopping online due to work comitments. Deb and her team provide efficient turnaround time from ordering to receiving the goods within 7 days.
The quality of the ski gear is second to none and this was evident when skiing Perisher last year. We got caught in blizzards but we remained warm.

You cannot beat the service here. I was after a very specific snowboard and they went above and beyond to get it in for me. They helped me with my bindings even to the point of offering to hunt down a previous seasons model I couldn't find anywhere but it wasn't necessary as they had an amazing pair there that ended up suiting me and my board perfectly. They were nothing short of amazing and are always an absolute pleasure to deal with.
