I recently bought a full set of scuba gear from Wilderness and was served by Darren.
Darren was patient and understanding. I came into the shop 4-5 times to try on gear and figure out what I wanted before buying anything.
I found a bunch of things from different shops on sale and went to wilderness and they matched the pricing of every item, put the set together and tested it free of charge.
Darren asked me if I wanted to watch him put it together and explained how it worked and how to care for/maintain and store the gear so it would last longer.
I couldn't decide on what SPG I wanted on the day but wanted to go diving with my new gear the next day. So Darren gave me an SPG, Console and Compass to use until I had decided which one I wanted to buy.
I didn't end up diving the next day, and changed my mind on which regulators I wanted.
I went back into the store, Darren changed over the regulators to the ones I wanted, set it up again and re-tested the system, still free of charge.

I generally don't like to bad mouth anyone, so I won't mention the names of the two other stores I went to, but I can say I received better service at wilderness and will return and encourage my friends to as well.

Once again deb and the team have treated me as a VIP! They always take the time to run through options that suit me. With their extensive knowledge and amazing prices I won't go anywhere else.

What can i say. The level of service i have received since making an online purchase for my husband has been phenomenal. We have received endless communication since on the status of our order. When it appeared that the snow board boots we ordered were not available, i was contacted and and we ended up with boots that were nicer than the ones original picked. I cannot thank you enough for your patience, understanding and listening ear, you ended up tayloring the perfect package.

I have only recently started back to skiing after a few years away from it and my Husband and I first ventured down to Wilderness (from Blue Mountains) when we went looking for a reputable ski shop to start adding to our 'armoury'. From the start we recognised the depth of knowledge, the willingness to impart that knowledge and the helpfulness of the team at Wilderness and while they tend to get super busy at times, someone always manages to find time for those who need it. Mostly we have been looked after by Deb and she is fantastic but we have also been looked after by others who are all great. We really appreciate the service we get and we are more than happy to wait our turn if we turn up during sale periods, eventually we will always get looked after.

Failed to come in to pick up my order everyday for nearly a week, Deb was more than patient and understanding and when I did finally make it in; helped run me through ALL the options of the snowboard package. Couldn't be happier with the gear, deal and service I got. Thanks!
