I went to Wilderness Sea and Ski on a Saturday looking for a snow board helmet for my partner's birthday (on Thursday). The staff were lovely and very helpful in assisting me to choose the right style and size. However, they had not Larges left in the helmet I chose. Deb made several phone calls both to the warehouse and to myself to confirm that they could get the helmet in by Monday and have it sent to me (I live out of area). Despite my worry it wouldn't arrive in time, Deb assured me she would see to it immediately Monday morning and she was true to her word. The helmet was express posted (at no extra charge) and arrived by Tuesday. My partner loved it and we are very keen for the ski season ahead. Thanks so much to the team at Wilderness! Can't recommend you guys enough!

In the last couple of days before Christmas, the busiest time of year, both Deb and Taylor were sensational filling my order and answering my phone calls to confirm delivery was on schedule.
I can't heap enough praise on their very friendly customer service.

Customer service like we used to receive!
Huge thanks to Deb and the team. The item I wanted was no longer available. Staff went totally out of their way to help, comparing other bindings reviews to ensure that they could find me something similar. Personal emails, great phone calls and less than 48 hours from the completion of the order to the arrival of the parcel in rural NSW. Have bought from this store before, and will be back. Hi My name is Brad Randahl and I called your store yesterday to enquire about a water ski wet suit for my son. I was told you had it in stock and to order it on line. This was some time around mid day and the lady I spoke to was excellent. On leaving for work this morning at 8am we notice a package at our door, it was the wet suit. Being in sales myself, you mostly only get told of problems and not recognised for the outstanding service offered. This was my first time getting into spearfishing and being a beginner in the sport i found Darren's advise very helpful and very sincere, he spend the time explaining each product which i needed and if its worth my while.
Before going to see Darren i had visited other stores which i found they were only trying to sell me the high end products with very little advise and had the attitude of "buy it or get out"
After speaking to Darren i sent close to $2000 in the store due to the costumer service he offered, not to mention the excellent discount he gave me.
Trust me, stop reading this, Just go and see the guys in Wilderness.
I would defiantly be recommending them to my friends.

I just wanted to say a big thankyou to Deb and Max. I enquired about a Radar Vapour Graphite ski that my son wanted for his birthday recently. The service was great and with the best price. My son went skiing last weekend and couldn't be happier with it. Thankyou again for all your help.

I was impressed with the price of a pair of Rossignol Experience skis and bindings at Wilderness. Very competitive. I placed an order online on Friday and Deb confirmed my identity on Saturday. She offered to mount the bindings at no cost so I gave her my boot size on Sunday. On Monday morning she told me my skis were ready to ship and on Tuesday they were delivered to my door in Melbourne. I cannot fault this service, in terms of speed, efficiency and all-round good relations between customer and provider. Well done Deb and the team at Wilderness Sea and Ski.

Originally I had placed an order incorrectly that needed to be amended. When I called up and spoke to Deb I found her extremely helpful. Whilst the order was being confirmed Deb and I had kept in contact over email, constantly keeping me informed with what was going on and never holding back on going the extra step. A true expert in customer service.

Very very helpful for me. They ended up being one of the only places in Australia that stocked a certain item though their website they had no stock. Within 24 hours they organised one direct from the supplier for me. Perfect customer service. Thanks so much Wilderness Sea n Ski. Much appreciated.

Big shout out Darren and the team for exceptional customer service. My new Xtar dive torch stopped working after 3 days on a dive trip. Very frustrating as it is the best value torch I have seen in 20 yrs of diving. Couriered torch to Darren under warranty expecting a lengthy wait for Xtar to resolve. Darren took it upon himself to look into the issue and identified small grains of sand trapped behind an external ring preventing the torch head from tightening fully and preventing proper contact with battery. That's experience and customer care for you. Torch was generously shipped back free of charge without asking. Thanks Darren and team.
