The 2022 Union Milan Binding is not only an amazing looking binding, but it was designed to drastically improve your freestyle abilities through its unique construction. 100% specifically built for women, the Milan is ideal for turning any area of the resort into your own personal terrain park thanks to its softer flex and minimal board to binding connection, so you have increased board feel while still being incredibly playful underfoot. Unique tech like asymmetrical highbacks and straps follow the contours of your boot and removes unwanted pressure points while adding stability, response and seamless boot to binding compatibility.

• Board Compatibility: This Union binding comes with a Mini Disk that is only compatible with 4x4 and channel mounting systems.
• Baseplate: Duraflex CP3. The Duraflex CP3 baseplate comes Duraflex injected, making it the softest and most forgiving in the Duraflex range. This gives your board the most natural flex and provides the skate-like feeling favoured by freestyle riders.
• Highback: Asym S2 Small Duraflex. The Asym S2 Small Duraflex Highback is a team favourite for urban and technical freestyle riding, featuring a smaller build, soft flex, super strong construction, and an asymmetrical design thats tweaked towards the outside of the bindings, promoting flex and boot to binding response.
• Buckles: Aluminium. A smooth and fast mechanism combined with Union aluminium creates a light and durable ratchet that feels good, looks good, and works even better.
• Straps: Forma Elite Ankle Straps + TS-1.0 Ultragrip Toe Straps. The new Forma ankle strap produces strength and rapid response on the outside, fit and comfort on the inside. The Ultragrip Toe Strap offers multi-positional options and is made from a thermoplastic anti-slip material to keep you securely locked in.
• Cushioning: Full Bottom Thermoformed EVA Bushings. Thermoformed EVA bushings between the binding and your board sucks up unwanted board vibrations and absorbs impact, making your ride smoother and your landings less intense.
• Extruded 3D Aluminium Heelcups:  This heelcup increased the stiffness of the binding, increases response, and is adjustable to help you dial in the perfect fit.
• Classic Forward Lean Adjuster:  No tools needed for this one, just flick the tab down and slide the panel for more response or a looser feeling ride on the fly.
